Fifth quick kill is an achievement/trophy in I AM Alive. It is unlocked by getting five quick (stealth) kills with the Machete. It is worth 10 Gamerscore on the Xbox 360 and is a Bronze trophy on the Playstation 3.
This should be unlocked by story progression as the protagonist should use the stealth kill feature at least once per gang fight.
